Did they turn up when they said?
We give an honest arrival time based on where the van actually is, rather than a slot chosen to keep the booking. Reviews are where that gets tested.
Was the cause found or only the symptom?
A camera goes down the run so you are told what caused the blockage, not just that it has gone. Look for customers mentioning that they were shown the footage.
Did the price match what was agreed?
